These 'banal' things are a reflection of ourselves and our routine. Our emotional and symbolic ties to these objects used by our parents, grandparents, and siblings is full with memories.<br/><br/>Their forms are our rational solutions to a problem. The designs are part of our collective intelligence; forms which no longer need invention or justification.
